• হালাল সার্টিফিকেশনের জন্য আবেদনের সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র-

১) নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফরম এবং সংযুক্ত কোয়েশ্চেনেয়ারে যথাযথ তথ্যপূরণপূর্বক আবেদন করতে হবে।

২) আবেদনের সঙ্গে নিম্নবর্ণিত কাগজপত্র সংযুক্ত কতে হবে-

-Update Trade license.

-Update Income tax certificate/ E-tin certificate.

-BIDA/SME/BSCIC registration form

-Updated Premises License

-Updated Environmental Clearance

-Updated Fire License

-Trademark registration Certificate

-Product label (Inc. all Brand, SKU, variant)

-List of the Manufacturer ing equipments

-List of the Laboratory equipments

-Process Flowchart

-Quality/Halal Quality Control Plan

-List of the Ingredients

-Halal Certificate of the  Ingredients
